PURPOSE OF THE 5FM GATHERINGS / Päivi Heikkilä

EAS founded 2019 as a Round Table of apostolic and prophetic ministers for the building of the Body of Christ in Europe

EAS is organizing national 5FM Gatherings in European countries (together with national ministries) for Eph. 4:11-13 to take place

11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, 12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, 13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; 

The purpose of the national 5FM Gatherings is to offer an open platform for those in 5FM to network, and to collaborate, for the building of the Body of Christ in their nation

to call to come ”our of their caves” the unknown to people, but called by the Lord to 5FM

• to build relatioships according to the leading of the Holy Spirit
• to seek the Lord together on how to build with Him
• to find different oppoturnities to serve local bodies of Christ
• to organize different events for the equipping of saints
• to initiate common projects to gather and prepare the Living Body                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

5FM Gatherings is the next step following the restoration of the five fold offices the Lord has been doing during recent tens of years, latest the offices of a teacher, a prophet and an apostle

Up to this those in 5FM have been working mainly apart from each other, in their own networks and gatherings; pastors’ prayer breakfasts, evangelists’ annual meetings, prophetic conferences, centers, round tables and networks, apostolic centers, networks and gatherings…  All this has been needed in calling them to recognice themselves and each others

• Lord Jesus is now gathering them, His ministers with their briefcases, together to form His Government, to seek Him for His rule and order in His Church in their nation
• This means a great shift in their ministry; they have to lift up their eyes from their own maps to look together to the Map the Lord has for them as The Builder of His Church
• This step will lead to genuine collaboration and unity, of those in 5FM, in the knowledge of the Lord and His plans to be able to actually build the Body to the full measure of Christ in their nation
